LAB-AGNOSTIC PRODUCT COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

LINK Services is used by many of the world's largest brands for managing Restricted Substance List (RSL) compliance data, product quality/performance data, and supplier certificates such as general certificates of conformity (GCC), declarations of conformity (DOC), and third-party certificates (e.g., OEKO-TEX, bluesign, etc.). LINK is a Software as a Service product/supplier compliance and integrity application focused on product and material testing and conformity, with tools for supply chain partners to organize and communicate tasks and analytics associated with compliance testing, lab data management and reporting, corrective actions, product certificates, bills of materials, and related product integrity and sustainability activities. Bridging the gap between brand/retailer enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP/SAP), suppliers, and analytical testing laboratories (in-house and third-party), LINK harmonizes and centralizes the data into a single, lab-agnostic system, and facilitates industry-standard exchange of lab data and reports between supply chain partners. SYSTEM-INDEPENDENT CONSULTING, INTEGRATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES

We fast track your LINK implementation by importing configuration data from your existing spreadsheets or systems. Spreadsheet templates with your suppliers, BOMs, users, labs, and test program configuration data (sample types/names, categories, test groups/items, methods, test parameters, units of measure, specifications/limits), along with any special usage or contents (product finishes, age grading, skin contact, destination country). LINK is designed to do most of the heavy lifting for you and your supply chain partners. The system can be integrated with your PLM, ERP and other systems to tag defective materials and products so they can’t be used, ordered, or shipped by suppliers. We work with many of the largest independent testing lab networks to provide seamless integration, and our trained specialists can even validate lab testing results and prepare management and investor reports for you.

We offer subscription plans designed for organizations of every size and complexity. If you have special requirements, request a quote and we will tailor a plan to fit. And there's no risk in trying it out — your subscription doesn't start until the first phase of the project is completed and the site configured with your test program(s), supply chain data, and user login(s). Depending on your plan, this phase also includes the branded site, test requests, and test reports, along with custom fields configuration. Naturally, you will have an investment of time into the project, but we minimize the impact with a quick launch/multi-phased approach.
