values first
  • We value environmental and social accountability, and build software that influences supplier and product material decisions made by the largest footwear and apparel brands in the world – decisions that support these values.
  • We work to make a difference in the quality of the lives most affected by the economics and politics of global manufacturing – people who rarely have a voice in the matter.
  • We think of our clients in everything we do – every conversation, meeting, and decision.
  • We treat each other, our clients, business partners, and everyone else in our network with respect, honesty, and openness.
  • We work with people we trust implicitly. Trust is what makes our decisions easier, reduces barriers to creativity, and empowers people to put their soul into what they do.
Who We Are and Who we're looking for

Green Arrow Labs is transforming the field of supplier performance management with the industry's only cloud native software suite spanning the entire corporate sustainability and product performance continuum. Many of the world's largest retailers and manufacturers use our software and data analytics for measuring and monitoring factory, product, and material conformance with corporate sustainability, quality, and regulatory standards. We are located in one of the fastest-growing tech cities in the U.S. (Cary, NC) and staffing top talent to help fuel our growth.

We are looking for people with an insatiable passion for learning and solving, a combination of broad and deep skills, and an end-user focus in every conversation and thought. You’ll need supreme communication skills to work effectively with global customers from many cultures and disciplines, ranging from IT staff in Germany to PhD chemists in Hong Kong. Some days you will work on low impact bugs; other days you will be designing a module that could – quite literally – tilt the global supply chain in favor of environmental and social accountability. And if you can make that mental leap, you can also imagine a conversation with your grandkids about working with the most famous apparel companies in the world and a team of programmers bent on saving the planet.

We also feel it’s important to point out the obvious here - there’s a serious lack of diversity in our industry and it really bugs us. We hope to continue building a company whose culture promotes inclusion and embraces how rewarding it is to work with designers, engineers, clients, and other visionaries from all walks of life.
