You must register/login to access the Help Desk portal. If you are a Team Edition subscriber or are unable to login and need technical support, please submit your request to the customer support email address provided at project startup.

If you wish to upgrade to the Enterprise or Global Edition for access to web-based technical support, the online support ticket tracking system, and a private project management/document portal, please call or email your service representative at Green Arrow Labs or contact us below.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
LINK is supported on all W3C-compliant browsers, though the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge are highly recommended. Chrome is the primary browser used in our software quality testing laboratory. Older browser versions and non-W3C compliant browsers may inaccurately render buttons, text, and menus, for example. Javascript should be enabled in the browser. We receive many reports of users operating very old (unsupported) versions of Internet Explorer, and while some incompatibilities are noticeable, the system is largely functional and usable.
