Q: Is it really a free trial?

A: Yes. If you are not an existing LINK subscriber, our implementation services cost you nothing, regardless of whether you cancel at the conclusion of the trial. If you are an existing LINK subscriber under Enterprise or Global Plan, you pay only for implementation services and only if you continue processing the water testing data and analytics for use in your business. Team Plan subscribers must upgrade in order to add more than one Program to their implementation.

Q: What about data confidentiality?

A: When you register we will send you a standard confidentiality agreement or you may use your corporate agreement if preferred. At the conclusion of the trial, we will send you a document certifying the return or destruction of all materials and data you provided. We do not disclose who participates in the program nor any other information you provide.

Q: Do we need to be a ZDHC signatory brand to use the system?

A: No. Any brand or retailer in the apparel, footwear, equipment, home goods or other industry focused on supply chain water stewardship is eligible. If you are a signatory brand, you can leverage the direct API connection between LINK and the ZDHC Gateway, and eliminate the need to transfer or upload lab testing data. If you are not a ZDHC member, you can import your factory water testing results through a spreadsheet template. Your results will be validated for compliance against the latest version (v2.1) of the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines.

Q: How do I cancel at the end of the trial?

A: Simply send your implementation specialist an email with your request. We do not have a mechanism for billing you without a formal purchase order from your organization, so there is no way for you to be billed unexpectedly. It really is free and there really is no obligation or risk.

Q: Is there any requirement to follow the 2X/year April/October ZDHC reporting period cadence?

A: No, not at all. Many brands have their factories submit wastewater surveillance data (usage, treatment and testing data) throughout the year, and others require only 1X/year submissions.
